    Greetings from NASA
Hi to the Ford Falcon team. This is Carl Alen from NASA in Houston. I've been looking at craters on the Earth and the Moon for a long time, and would be glad to work with you on your project. Please call me Carl.

These days I'm the lead Curator for NASA's extraterrestrial samples -- Moon rocks are us !

If you have some questions about your project please post them on the Wiki. I may also send some suggestions about how to do even better science.

    Let's talk.

    {Step4a.jpg} Step 4 - Experimental Design
Final refined question: What are the differences and similarities between impact craters on the moon and Earth?
    Using astronaut photgraphsphotographs we observe:
-impact craters on the surfaces of Earth and the moon.
    -The size (diamater)(diameter) of crater
-If they have a peak in the interior
-The rim of the crater and if it has eroded away or not
    ...
We will also observe how close craters are to each other.
    Sources:
    -Encyclopedia resourecesresources
-Using Google search and ask.com, we will find useful websites to gain information.

Hypothesis- Moon craters and Earth craters are different based on their size and shape.
